Here at ClearlyRated, we are proud to have built a healthy and safe company culture for all. Our team describes our workplace as fun, open, and caring—to name just a few.

But our commitment doesn’t end there. We believe that addressing the systemic inequities deeply entrenched in the workforce and society requires us to look beyond the confines of our office walls, extending into every interaction with our customers and people we encounter.

Making an impact

Our DEI work began as, and continues to be managed as, a collaborative effort. ClearlyRated has 5 focused committees that are organizing and leading exciting initiatives to make progress on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion—both inside and outside of our organization.

Team Hire Better

This committee is all about boosting ClearlyRated’s hiring practices to hit our diversity, equity, and inclusion targets head-on. We’re in close collaboration with hiring managers and leadership to spruce up our recruiting, interviewing, and hiring methods, making sure they’re as fair and inclusive as can be.

DEI Research Committee

The DEI Research Committee teams up with our in-house market research squad to embed DEI questions and data points into our custom research projects. The goal of this committee is to build understanding of DEI issues and to track trends to be a source of research-backed information with our clients and the industries that we serve.

DEI External Awareness Committee

The DEI External Awareness Committee takes the findings from the DEI Research Committee and gets busy making them accessible to the public and the markets we serve. Our mission? To make sure that every company we interact with gains fresh insights, new data, or a better understanding of the diversity, equity, and inclusion hurdles their business might be facing.

Volunteer Committee

This crew sets up group volunteer opportunities to get ClearlyRated folks out there and involved in local initiatives. They make sure every ClearlyRated team member puts in their 18 hours of paid volunteer time each year, giving back to their community in a meaningful way.
