Is there anything that isn’t changing?

Sure! Many valuable ClearlyRated items and functions will remain in the same location as before such as: downloading reports, industry benchmarks, survey contacts, online profile, award resources and previewing survey questions.

How can I provide feedback on the new dashboard?

At some point early during the dashboard release you should see a pop-up to give it a "thumbs up" or a "thumbs down". You can also email product@clearlyrated.com to let us know your thoughts.

How often is the data updated?

The data updates approximately every two hours.

Can I customize the date range or filter by specific audiences?

Yes! You’re able to set a specific date range as far back as three years ago. To see data from a specific audience, click on the survey program for that audience.

Can I download and share this view?

You can download this view as a PNG and share in any way you like.

What do the various colors in the NPS odometer mean?

Great question. Each color corresponds to a different NPS scoring tier. See the below for more detail.

Red = NPS under 0
Yellow = NPS 0 - 30
Light Green = 31 - 70
Dark Green = 71 - 100
